Sales Manager — Remote (US)
United Safe Van Lines is looking for a driven Sales Manager to grow our carrier and customer partnerships across the United States. You will own the full sales cycle: identifying prospects, building relationships with licensed moving companies, and closing agreements that expand our verified network.
What you will do
- Identify and qualify moving companies to join the USVL network
- Present the USVL value proposition to carrier decision-makers by phone, video, and email
- Negotiate partnership agreements and onboarding terms
- Manage a pipeline of 50-plus accounts using CRM software
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure new partners meet verification and quality standards
- Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
What you bring
- 3 or more years of B2B sales experience, ideally in logistics, freight, or marketplace businesses
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quota
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Comfort working independently in a remote-first, async environment
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
